DESCRIPTION

Transcendence of time, earth,
order, evolution of natural light...

Becoming the one
and only live

and moving
symbol on the city.

The PALACE 73 encompasses larger scopes and expands on basic design principles of
transcendence of time, earth, order, and natural light that have led the designs of Richard Meier.

Tower’s long and thin ratio and modeling is complemented with design of
lower floor space and is made to create a strong design language like a painting,
and the façade created by solid wall, frame, screen, terrace, and outdoor garden
was made to respond to the unit’s layout, direction of sunlight, surroundings and the view.

The PALACE 73 with distinct, elegant, and impressive presence will be positioned as a
live and moving, symbol that is full of life, one and only in the city.
